Increase opportunities for community members to build stress-resilience and holistic well-being on St. Paul’s East Side as part of the East Side Health and Well-Being Collaborative, a community-based collaborative sponsored by M Health Fairview. Work with the East Side American Indian community, traditional and non-traditional providers, and community organizations to increase access to culturally based services and Health care and social supports; increase provider knowledge, cultural responsiveness, and collaboration; and decrease cultural stigmas associated with mental health. This position is located at American Indian Family Center on St. Paul’s East Side.
